| 摘 要： | 用紫外分光光度法测定了路边青中多酚含量,并对实验结果进行了方法学考查。实验测得路边青中多酚含量为1.7293%,平均加标回收率为99.4%,加标回收的RSD为1.7%。精密度、重复性和稳定性分析的相对标准偏差分别为0.29%、0.41%和0.35%。

| Abstract: | The content of polyphenol was analyzed by ultraviolet spectrophotometry and methodology of experiment results was investigated.The results showed that the content of polyphenol from roadside green was 1.7293%.The recovery of the average adding sample and its RSD were 99.4%,1.7%,respectively.Relative standard deviation of precision,repeatability and stability analysis were 0.29%,0.41% and 0.35%,respectively. |
