| Abstract: | The proton nuclear magnetic resonance spectra of benzo[b]-furan, -thiophene and -selenophene oriented in a potassium laurate lyotropic liquid crystal have been analyzed. Geometrical information has been obtained and compared to previous thermotropic results and various hypothetical models. |
