| 摘 要： | 三嗪酮类化合物是一类具有潜在生物活性的杂环化合物。通过分子设计和合成先导化合物,然后优化结构已经成为新药开发的重要途径。本文合成了6种含三嗪酮环的新化合物,并探讨了合成氨基三嗪酮的反应机理,合成的化合物采用IR、1HNMR和MS进行了结构鉴定。

| Abstract: | The molecule design,synthesis of the forerunner compound and strncture optimum has been an important method for development of nao drug.Triaginone is a kind of heteroeyclic compound with patent blological activity.Six nao triaginone derivatives were synthesized and characterized by IR, ~1H NMR and MS.The mechanism of synthesis of aminotriaginone was discussed. |
