灿烂甲酚蓝体系显色光度法测定七叶皂苷钠

摘    要:
在pH5.3的BR缓冲体系中,灿烂甲酚蓝与七叶皂苷钠作用,形成离子缔合物,溶液颜色发生改变.其最大显色波长位于568nm处,在该波长处,七叶皂苷钠的浓度与溶液的显色强度呈良好的线性关系.该方法在七叶皂苷钠的浓度0.19~30.0mg·L-1范围内遵守比尔定律,相关系数r=0.9995,摩尔吸光系数为1.9×104L·mol-1·cm-1,检出限为56.5μg·L-1.该方法灵敏度高,检测限低,用于片剂中七叶皂苷钠的测定,结果满意.

Abstract:
In pH 5.3 BR buffer medium, brilliant cresy blue reacted with sodium aescinate to form ion-association complex. The maximum wavelength is at 568 nm. The fading intensity is proportional to the concentration of sodium aescinate. The change of absorption obeys Beer's Law in the range of 0. 19~30.0 mg·L~(-1). The correlation coefficient is 0. 999 5, the molar absorptivities is 1.7×10~4L·mol~(-1)·cm~(-1) ,and the detection limit is 56.5 μg·L~(-1). The method was applied to the determination of sodium aescinate in tablets samples with satisfactory results.
