Abstract: | Abstract The Fourier Transform ( FT ) surface-enhanced Raman scattering(SERS)using 1064nm excitation of guanine with various concentrations on sil-ver colloids have been investigated. Guanine may adopt a configuration in which the plane of the molecule is parallel to the Ag surface. |
