| Abstract: | Abstract The Fourier Transform （ FT ） surface－enhanced Raman scattering（SERS）using 1064nm excitation of guanine with various concentrations on sil-ver colloids have been investigated． Guanine may adopt a configuration in which the plane of the molecule is parallel to the Ag surface. |
