叶片弦向开缝抑制分离的数值分析

摘    要:
本文对弦向开缝的某大转角压气机叶栅的气动性能进行了数值分析.结果表明,合理的弦向开缝能够有效抽吸吸力面附近的低能流体、改善型面的压力分布,从而控制吸力面附近的边界层发展并减弱低能流体的阻塞和尾迹宽度,降低流道中的分离损失,总压损失最大降幅可达15.8%.另外,文中重点计算并分析了吸气点E和回气点F位置、开缝的展向位置等不同参数对流动结构、气动性能的影响,这能为开缝式叶片设计和实验研究提供参考.

Abstract:
The numerical analysis of aerodynamic performance on the large turning angles cascade with chordwise slots is carried out.The results showed that reasonable chordwise slots can aspirate the low energy fluid near suction surface effectively and improve the pressure distribution along cascade surface,which can control the boundary layer development near suction surface and weaken the block- ing of low energy fluid and wake width,then the separation loss of fluid passage is reduced and the max reduction extent of total pressure loss touched 15.8%.In addition,several different parameters is analysed,such as suction point and return-air point position,height along span of blade,all of them will result in crucial positive or negative effects of chordwise slots.Which mentioned above can be the reference for the designments and experiments of chordwise slotting blades.
