摘    要:本文应用液相色谱/质谱联用(LC/MS)技术分析了一些已知糖混合物.随后进一步研究了芋蔴中游离单糖的结构,实验结果和经典的衍生化,气相色谱分析结果相一致。

Abstract:A mixture of several known saccharides was analyzed by liquid chromatography/mass spectrome-try with a thermospray interface,in their spectra the main characteristic ions include the adduct ions,M + NH4]+,M+(NH3)(H2O)H]-etc. ,and the fragment ions produced through the consecutive water loss of the adduct ions. Based on these results, we further investigated the free monosaccharices in ramie and deduced the constituents from their spectral features. The experimental results agree with those obtained by gas chro-matography combined with derivation.
