Similarity and decay laws of wakes with zero momentum and angular momentum

In [1–4] the laws of decay of the average and fluctuating velocities in momentumless turbulent wakes were experimentally investigated with and without swirl. In [5, 6] unswirled momentumless wakes and in [7] wakes with a nonzero angular momentum were theoretically investigated. However, turbulent wakes with zero momentum and angular momentum were not covered by these investigations.
