| Abstract: | In this paper, we made thin films of the singlewalled carbon nanotubes-poly vinyl alcohol composites on rough metallic surfaces. The interaction mechanism between carbon nanotubes and poly vinyl alcohol was discussed based on surface enhanced Raman scattering analysis. |
