铌酸钾锂的X射线荧光光谱分析

摘    要:提出了一种用X射线荧光光谱分析铌酸钾锂中Li_2O,K_2O和Nb_2O_5的方法.采用deJongh校正方程,将Li_2O当作消去组分,所得Li_2O的结果与ICP-AES法一致.同时建立了非破坏分析校正曲线.

Abstract:Li2O, K2O and Nb2O5in lithium potassium niobate crystals were determined using X-ray fluorescence analysis, in which the de Jongh equation was employed and Li2O was regarded as elimination component. The results of Li2O agree with those from ICP-AES. Calibration lines for non-destructive analysis were also established.
