摘    要:本文用玻璃电极电位法研究了大豆及脲酶制剂中脲酶活力的测定和酶的反应动力学,测定了米氏常数KM以及酶催化反应最大速度rm,方法快捷简便。

Abstract:The determination of urease activity in soybeen and urease manufactures, and kinetics of enzyme catalytic reaction have been investigated by glass electrode potentiometry. This method provides a rapid and simple procedure for the direct determination of urease activity and the Michaelis-constant K_M and the maximum velocity r_m for enzyme catalytic reaction.
