| Abstract: | [reaction: see text] Treatment of 1,6-enynes with tri(n-butyl)tin hydride in the presence of a catalytic amount of palladium acetate leads to the formation of exo-methylenecyclopentanes bearing a tri(n-butyl)stannylmethyl moiety. |
