Abstract: | We have developed a simple and ultrasensitive E-DNA sensor based on the ssDNA-assisted cascade of a hybridization reaction mechanism to form a long concatamers structure to improve its sensitivity, significantly. The proposed sensor was applied to sequence-specific DNA and ATP detection. Experimental results showed a quantitative measurement with the detection limit as low as 1 aM for specific DNA and 10 fM for ATP. |
