Abstract:A method of QuEChERS-ultra high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry(Qu EChERS-UPLC-MS/MS)analysis was established for the detection of 5 pesticide residues in apples.The samples were pretreated with QuEChERS technology,extracted with acetonitrile,purified by PSA,Nano-ZrO2 and multi-walled carbon nanotubes(MWCNTs),combined with UPLC-MS/MS detection,and quantified by external standard method.The results showed that in the concentration range of 0.005-0.5 mg/L,the5 pesticides had good linear relationships in the apple matrix,with R2≥0.9950.The average recoveries of the5 pesticides at the addition levels of 0.05,0.5 and 5 mg/kg were between 78.1%and 117.9%,and the relative standard deviations(RSDs)were between 1.8%and 9.1%with the limit of quantifications(LOQs)of0.1-2μg/kg.The method is suitable for the detection of 5 pesticide residues in apples.
