二阶导数分光光度法测定微量锌

摘    要:研究了在Tritonx-100体系中,以1-(2-吡啶偶氮)-2-萘酚(PAN)为显色剂,在PH8.7条件下,先用柠檬酸钠掩蔽大部分的铁,然后用二阶导数分光光度法消除残存的铁、铜、锰、钴的干扰,从而测定含铁络合物中微量锌。方法精密度和准确度均为满意。

Abstract:In the presence of Triton X-100,1-(2-pyridylazo)-2-naphthol, and at pH8.7,the derivative spectrophotometric method was used for the determination of microgram zinc in ironic complex.Sodium citrate was used to mask most amount of iron.The interferences of the rest coexisting elements,including iron,copper,manganese and cobalt,were eliminated by using the second-derivative spectrophotometry.The accuracy and precision of the results are satisfactory.
