| 摘 要： | 应用直接标化法计算病种构成变化对医疗质量综合评价指标的影响程度并算出标化值。１９９１年病种构成变化对治愈率、病死率、平均住院日变化的影响程度分别为６９．９１％，８４．９６％，８６．７７％，表明病种构成变化对医疗质量综合评价指标的影响不容忽视，未经标化的指标无可比性

| Abstract: | The authors used the standardization method to calculate degrees that the medical treatment quality synthesis evaluation was affected by the morbidity constitution change and worked out the standardization values were affected by morbidity constitution change. The cure rate, the case. fatality rate and the average hospitalization day were 69. 91%, 84 .66% and 86.77% respectively. It indicated that the influence that the medical treatment quality synthesis evaluation was affected by the morbidity constitution change can not be ignored. There are no comparison between the index not to be standardized. |
