The effects of photon and As on the crystallization of a-Se were investigated and the structure factors of a-AsxSe1-x (0≤×≤0.36) systems were measured by neutron diffraction. We obtained the information about the medium range order (MRO) in these systems. The length of the MRO in these systems is 10～15A. |
