空气—乙炔火焰原子吸收法测定钙所用的有机增效剂及其应用

摘    要:分别考察了9种有机试剂对火焰原子吸收法测定水中钙的影响。结果表明,Triton X—100、CTMAB和抗坏血酸对测定有明显的增敏作用。其中抗坏血酸体系不仅使灵敏度提高约一倍,且抗干扰能力也最强,是一种较好的增效剂。该体系可用于测定天然水中钙的含量,方法灵敏、简便、快速,结果令人满意。

Abstract:The influeneces of nine kinds of organic agents on the determination of calcium in the water by air-acetylene flame atomic absorption spectrometry were respectively investigated. The results showed that triton X-100,CTMAB and ascorbic acid had obvious synergistic effects on the determination. The ascorbic acid is a good synergist for determination of calcium,this system not only make the sensibility to be increased by factor of 2,but also is the most powerful one in anti-interferences. This system can be applied to direct determination of calcium in varities of the natural water by FAAS. This method is sensitive,simple and rapid with satisfactory results.
