Excess enthalpies of binary mixtures of 2-methyl-1-pentanol with hexane isomers

Fluid Phase Equilibria, 8:107-112.Molar excess enthalpies, measured in a flow microcalorimeter, are reported for binary mixtures of 2-methyl-1-pentanol with n-hexane and its four isomers. There is a roughly linear correlation between the results for equimolar mixtures and the mean number of gauche conformations of the isomer.
