| Abstract: | Scientific management and correct operation and maintenance of high-performance liquid chromatography is the precondition and base for obtaining good dispersive effect and extending operation life of equipment. This paper introduces the management, opera- tion and maintenance methods of high-performance liquid chromatography which provide valuable practical and management experience of liquid chromatography to the beginner. Thus, it can greatly serve for experiment teaching and science-research. |
