摘    要:以电荷耦合器件为检测器的ICP-AES光谱仪直接测定了混合稀土中的十五种稀土元素。考察十五种稀土元素的五十余条灵敏线的谱图,分析稀土元素之间的干扰并选取了合适的分析线,利用多组分谱图拟合方法扣除了空白及稀土元素间的谱线干扰,试验了最佳的溶液酸度及仪器工作参数,方法回收率为98.4% ̄101.7%,相对标准偏差小于2%。

Abstract:ICP - AES was used in the direct determination of 15 rare earth elements in synthetic solutions and real sample. Spectral interferences between REEs in the mixture of rare earth were investigated with a high-resolution echelle spectrometer and optimum analytical wavelengths were selected. Multicomponent spectral fitting (MSF) methed was used to m spectral interferences and background.The influences of acidity and ICP parameters were investigated.The detection limits (ug/L) of 14 RE elements are Y 0.21, In 9.1, Ce 14.1, Pr 1.9, Nd 7.8, Tm0.37, Yb 0.12, In 0.02, Ho 0.06, Er0.06,Tb 0.53, Sm 1. 14, Eu 0.09, Dy 0.08, Gd 0.30 respectively.The recoveries of this procedure are be- tween 98.4% and 101 .7%. The RSD is within 2%.
