肺泡灌洗在高血压脑出血并病发肺感染中的应用

观察肺泡灌洗在高血压脑出血并病发肺感染中的应用。方法选择GCS评分4—8分的高血压脑出血并病发肺感染患者58例，随机分为实验组和对照组，每组各29例，两组患者均给予基础治疗，实验组在基础治疗的基础上施行肺泡灌洗，对照组未施行肺泡罐洗，观察比较两组的治疗效果。结果实验组有25例肺部感染控制，控制时间9．1d，对照组19例肺部感染控制，控制时间15．2d，实验组肺部感染控制率明显高于对照组，且控制时间明显短于对照组，两组相比差异均具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。肺泡灌洗能有效控制高血压脑出血并病发的肺部感染，提高存活率，减少治疗时间，提高患者生活质量，且无严重并发症。

Application of Alveolar Lavage in Hypertensive Intracerebral Hemorrhage and Complication of Lung Infection

To observe alveolar lavage in hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage and complication of infection,Selecting the GCS score of 4 to 8 points in hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage and complication of lung infection in patients with 58 cases.They were randomly divided into experimental and control groups,29 cases in each group.The patients were given basic treatment,the experimental group in the basic treatment for the purposes of lavage,the control group is not the implementation of the alveolar tank wash.The effects of treatment were observed and compared.The results showed that in experimental group,25 cases of lung infection control,and control the time 9.1 d,and the control group,19 cases of lung infection control,control the time 15.2 d,lung infection control rate of the experimental group was significantly higher,and the control was significantly shorter in the control groupthe two groups compared to the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Lavage effective control of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage and pulmonary infection disease and improve survival and reduce treatment time,improve patient quality of life,and no serious complications.
