摘    要:为了得到具有更好抗抑郁活性的新型化合物,抗抑郁药度洛西汀通过N-酰化反应或N-烷基化反应与取代酰氯拼合,制得5个新型N-取代酰基-N-甲基-3-(1-萘氧基)-3-(2-噻吩基)丙胺,其结构经1H NMR,IR和MS表征.

Abstract:In order to prepare novel compound of more antidepressant effect,an antidepressant duloxetine was pieced together with substituted acyl chloride by N-acylation and N-alkylation,respectively to synthesiz five novel N-substituted-acyl-N-methyl-3-(naphthalene-1-yloxy)-3-(2-thienyl)propanamines.The structures were characterized by 1H NMR,IR and MS.
