Electronic band structure of KTaO3 |

| Abstract: | Calculations are presented for the electronic band structure of the perovskite-type crystal KTaO3. The results are obtained using the LCAO method in a modified form. On comparison with experimental data good agreement was found after a reassignment of one transition. |
