H2和CO在间二甲苯中的溶解度和体积传质系数的研究

摘    要:使用IL搅拌釜,在温度80~160℃,压力0.5~5.0MPa范围内,实测了H2和CO在间二甲苯中的溶解度和体积传质系数。结果表明,两者均随温度和压力的升高而增大。实验结果与工于正规溶液理论Prausnitz-Shair法计算的气体溶解度比较相符。在相同温度、压力条件下,CO的溶解度和体积传质系数比H2大。相同温度、压力下不同液相介质中H2和CO的体积传质系数排序如下:(kLa)MEF〉(kLa)

INVESTIGATION ON SOLUBILITIES AND VOLUMETRIC MASS TRANSFER COEFFICIENTS OF H2 AND CO IN m-XYLENE
Abstract:Gas solubilities (Ceq) and volumetric mass transfer coefficients (Kla) were measured for H2 and CO in m-xylene at various temperature (80~160℃), pressure (0.5~5.0MPa) and a rot ate speed of 800 rpm in a 1 L agitated autoclave. The results showed that Ceq and Kla increased with increasing temperature and pressure. The measured values were reasonably agreed with those calculated by Prausnitz-Shair method based on the normal solution theory. At the same condition, Ceq and Kla of CO is higher than those of H2. The data showed Kla(methyformate)>Kla(methanol)>Kla(m-xylene)>Kla(paraffin). Henry's constants, partial mole volume and solution heat were also obtained.
