电流变液的性能及其应用研究

摘    要:简要介绍电流变液的研究进展,详细介绍了有关电流变液及其性能的研究,具体介绍了电流变技术在旋转机械转子系统、汽车发动机支座和悬架系统振动控制中的应用,概要介绍和分析了电流变液在其它方面的应用以及对电流变技术发展的展望.

Abstract:Electro-Rheological (ER) fluid is a kind of new smart material which is very useful to industrial applications as its mechanical properties canbe changed very quickly and also reversely by applied electric field.In this paper, the research advances in the materials and the characteristics of ER fluid are reviewed at first, the applications of ER fluid to the vibration control of rotating machineries and to the engine mount and suspensionsystem of vehicles are reviewed in detail. The applications of ER fluid in other fields and the future developments of the ER technique are also discussed.
