工人产量目标规范研究

本研究通过对六个企业现场工人产量目标问题的调查和工人实际产量分布形态的分析,考察了在生产活动过程中的工人产量目标规范问题.研究结果表明:(1)工人产量分布大都为非正态形.(2)工人产量分布中明显可见的两个规范性特征是:(a)所有工人建立的产量目标都在定额之上.(b)大多数工人建立的产量目标都依附于定额指标附近.最后,讨论了指标对于目标规范形成的作用,分析了不同形态分布的产生原因和影响因素.并对不存在非正式团体规范这一意外结果进行了确认和原因探讨.

A Study on the Workers' Output Goal Norm

Through the investigation of the werkers' output goal and the analysis of the workers' output distribution in six fields, the output goal norms in the workers' production process were studied.The results indicated: (1)Most workers' output distributions were abnormal. (2) Two clear goal norms in the distributions were:(a)the goals set by the workers were higher than those demanded by the quota; (b)the goals set by most workers were close to the quota.Finally, the paper discassed the effects of quota on the goal norms and analysed the causes of some different distributions, meenwhile it con-firmed the unforeseen results without any norm of informal group and also reseasched into their causes.
