Abstract: | ![]() A Loschmidt cell has been used to measure the pressure dependence, at constant composition and temperature, for six systems consisting of binary mixtures of helium. The results are compared with the Thorne—Enskog theory for moderately dense gases of rigid spheres, and an extension to the theory suggested. |
