Third virial coefficient and nonadditivity of the first-order repulsive interactions of rare-gas atoms

Abstract:	Corrections to the third virial coefficient derived from the first-order three-body exchange forces, ΔC₁(T), in helium, neon and argon have been calculated. Inclusion of ΔC₁ and the corrections due to the non-exchange three-body forces leads to a satisfactory agreement with experimental data.
