土壤中硒元素在中草药中的富集

摘    要:测定了甘肃定西地区的几种中草药药用部分的Se元素含量及其根系部分土壤中Se元素的含量,考察了Se元素从土壤到中草药中的生物积累相关性。微波消解样品预处理,原子吸收石墨炉法测定Se含量。所测中草药药用部分的Se元素含量明显高于土壤中的含量,表明中草药对土壤中的Se元素有生物积累作用。

Abstract:The amounts of Se in the functional part of certain Chinese traditional herbs in Dingxi district of Gansu province as well as the part of soil their growing in were deteted by atomic absorption spectroscopy (graphite stove) with microwave digestion. The content of Se in Chinese traditional herbs are higher than that of in soils, which means that biological accumulation exists in the transfer of Se from soil to Chinese traditional herbs.
