森林公园声景对心理恢复效益的影响——以福州国家森林公园为例

声景是森林公园恢复性环境的重要组成部分。该研究以福州国家森林公园为例,其20个森林公园环境视听视频为研究材料(有声视频和无声视频各10个),借助短版修订恢复量表和声景感知评价问卷探究森林公园声景对心理恢复效益的影响。结果表明：不同森林公园环境心理恢复效益不同,在综合恢复性评价、认知和行为维度上有显著差异;除谈话声和儿童嬉戏声较突出的样地(S5)外,视听组合刺激促进心理恢复的能力均比单一视觉刺激强;声景感知与综合恢复性评价及情感、认知和行为维度的最优尺度回归模型具有统计学意义,鸟鸣声、蝉鸣声、流水声等自然声是心理恢复效益的重要预测变量,对心理恢复有积极影响。基于研究结果提出森林公园恢复性声景设计策略,为森林公园恢复性声环境的优化设计提供参考思路。

Effect of soundscape in forest park on psychological benefits-- Taking Fuzhou National Forest Park as an example

Soundscape is an important part of the restorative environment of forest park. This study took Fuzhou National Forest Park as an example, and 20 environmental audio-visual videos of the forest park were used as research materials (10 audio videos and 10 silent videos respectively). To explore the effects of soundscape on mental health benefits with the short-version revision recovery scale and the soundscape perception evaluation questionnaire. The results showed that: the psychological benefits of different forest park environments were different. There were significant differences in comprehensive recovery evaluation, cognitive and behavioral dimensions. The ability of audiovisual combination stimulation to promote psychological recovery was stronger than that of single visual stimulation, except for the sample site (S5) where the sound of conversation and children"s play were more outstanding. The optimal scale regression models of soundscape perception and comprehensive recovery evaluation and affective, cognitive and behavioral dimensions was statistically significant. Natural sounds, such as birdsong, cicada song and running water, were important predictors of psychological recovery, and had a positive effect on psychological recovery. Based on the research results, the optimization strategy of forest park restorative sound environment was proposed, which provided a reference for the optimization design of forest park restorative sound environment.
