Abstract: | ![]() The dependence of the thermal conductivity of indium antimonide on temperature (in the range 300–450 K) and hydrostatic pressure (up to 0.4 GPa) has been investigated. It is shown that the phonon thermal conductivity λph obeys the law T ?n (n ≥ 1). Hydrostatic pressure affects the magnitude and temperature dependence of the thermal conductivity of InSb: with an increase in pressure, the thermal conductivity increases, while the parameter n in the dependence λph ≈ T ?n decreases. |
