| Abstract: | We report on preparation of potential nucleoside phosphonate prodrugs: 1-{3-hydroxy-2-[O-(adamantylalkyl)phosphorylmethoxy]propyl}cytosines containing two structural fragments providing antiviral activity, nucleoside phosphonate and adamantyl sites. |
