| 摘 要： | 本文以正硅酸乙酯为原料,乙醇为溶剂,盐酸为催化剂,N-N-二甲基甲酰胺及PVA为成膜助剂,用溶胶—凝胶法在载玻片上制备了无支撑体的S iO2膜,并利用差热-失重分析(DTA-TG)、X衍射仪(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)等分析手段对凝胶、粉体材料、膜进行了分析和表征.实验结果表明:DCCA及PVA的加入能有效地防止膜的开裂,可以制备连续性较好的薄膜.

| Abstract: | In this paper the unsupported SiO2 membrane was prepared by sol-gel process from TEOS.ethanol , hydrochloric acid .DCCA and PVA. The gel.powder and membrane were characterized with DTA-TG .XRD and SEM. The result showed that the cracking of the silica films was prevented effectively when DCCA and PVA were added into TEOS-Water-Ethanol-Catyalyst system, mean while the continuity films were prepared preterably. |
