| Abstract: | 2-(4-Chlorobenzoylamido)-5-aryloxymethyl-1,3,4-oxadiazoles (IIa–j) are synthesized by cyclization of 1-aryloxyacetyl-4-(4- chlorobenzoyl)-thiosemicarbazides (Ia-j) in the presence of mercuric acetate under the condition of microwave irradiation. |
