摘    要:细胞信号传导是近年来生命科学研究的热点之一。有关蛋白转录后修饰 (如蛋白质磷酸化、乙酰化、糖基化等 ) ,信号肽序列测定 ,信号传导途径和多通道调节方式 ,蛋白自折叠及构象变化 ,小分子脂类信号分子等研究由于质谱技术的快速发展而取得了突破性的进展

Abstract:A combination of highly sensitive biological mass spectrometry,with high-resolution two-dimensional (2-D) polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis,high performance liquid chromatography, and the rapidly growing protein databases has payed the way for addressing questions relevant to signal transduction. This review article focuses on the application of mass spectrometry aiming at the signal transduction of cell in recent years. From this viewpoint,mapping protein post-translational modifications,determining the total expression pattern of cellular proteins,characterizing signaling pathways as well as the sequencing of signaling or transcrption complexes,describing protein-protein or protein-ligand interactions as well as protein conformation and folding,monitoring levels of lipid second messengers and determining their structures by mass spectrometry protocols and related techniques have been reviewed.
