壳聚糖/蒙脱土纳米复合材料的结构与性能研究

摘    要:以壳聚糖和蒙脱土为原料,将插层复合技术引入天然高分子材料进行改性,制备了壳聚糖/蒙脱土纳米复合材料.红外光谱和X射线衍射分析结果表明,壳聚糖分子已插入蒙脱土层间,形成了插层甚至部分剥离的结构.热重分析、扫描电镜和物理性能测试表明,蒙脱土的引入,大幅度地降低了壳聚糖的热分解速率,明显地提高了壳聚糖的热稳定性和力学性能,有效地抑制了壳聚糖的溶胀.

Abstract:Chitosan/montmorillonite hybrid nanocomposite was prepared with Na~+-montmorillonite and chitosan solution. FTIR and X-ray diffraction indicated the chitosan molecules had already inserted into the interlayers of montmorillonite and an intercalated or partially exfoliated nanocomposite was formed. Thermogravimetric analysis, tensile tests and scanning electron microscopy showed, with the addition of montmorillonite, the thermal decomposition rate of the composite was decreased remarkably, mechanical properties of the composite were improved significantly, and swelling of the chitosan was restricted effectively.
