摘    要:建立了银杏叶中15种氨基甲酸酯类农药残留量的超高效液相色谱一串联质谱测定方法。样品经乙腈提取,TPT固相萃取柱净化,通过XTerra MS Cl8色谱柱分离,供串联质谱测定。15种氨基甲酸酯类农药在0.02-0.5mg/L范围内线性良好,相关系数为0.9962-0.9999;在0.004,0.01,0.02,0.04mg/kg4个添加水平下,其平均回收率为65.22%-96.66%,相对标准偏差为1.43%-10.06%(n=5)。该方法净化效果好、灵敏度高、重现性好,可满足银杏叶中15种氨基甲酸酯类农药残留量的检验要求。

Abstract:15 carbamate pesticides residue in ginkgo leaves were determined by ultra-high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (UPLC-MS-MS). The sample was extracted with acetonitrile, which was concentrated and purified by TPT solid-phase extraction column. The eluate was separated on XTerra MS C18 column, and used for tandem MS analysis. The recoveries of the 15 carbamate pesticides in ginkgo leaves (from 0.004 to 0.04 mg/kg) ranged from 65.22% to 96.66% with the relative standard deviations of 1.43%-10.06%(n=5). The linear correlation coefficient was 0.996 2-0.999 9. The method has good purification effect, reproducibility and high sensitive. It can meet the requirements for the simultaneous determination of 15 carbamate pesticides residue in ginkgo leaves.
