| Abstract: | The effect of plasma cleansing on the surface state of samples studied by electron microscopy is experimentally investigated.
This technique of sample preparation allowed diagnostics of the magnetic states of objects by scanning electron microscopy
with the analysis of spin polarization of secondary electrons. |
