| 摘 要： | 采用火焰原子吸收分光光度法测定黄山贡菊中钙、锰、锌、铁、镁等矿物质元素的含量。样品的加标回收率在103%—108%,平行样品相对标准偏差在1.7%—4.8%。结果表明黄山贡菊中矿物质元素含量丰富,常食用对人体健康大有裨益。

| Abstract: | The amounts of mineral elements in huangshan chrysanthemum was detected by FAAS.The recovery of sample was between 103% and 108%.The relative standard deviations of parallel sample was between 1.7% and 4.8%,huangshan chrysanthemum is rich in mineral elements and has a great benefit to human health. |
