Microstructure of rapidly quenched nickel-enriched TiNi binary alloys in the initial state and after annealing

Abstract:The microstructure of shape-memory melt-spun TiNi binary alloys of nonstoichiometric composition in the initial state and after annealing has been studied for the first time by transmission electron microscopy and X-ray diffraction in a wide temperature range.
