The Surface Raman Spectroscopic Study of Small Organinc Molecules at Roughened Platinum Electrodes |

| Abstract: | Abstract Combining a confocal Raman microscope with sepcific roughening procedure, we are able to obtain surface Raman spectra of dissociative adsorption of small organic molecules at roughened Pt electrodes. The results reveal that the electrocatalytic oxidation mechanisms for these molecules at roughened Pt electrodes are different from those at single crystalling or smooth Pt electrodes. |
