薄介观超导环中的涡旋电荷分布

摘    要:本文用Ginzburg-Landau理论研究在薄介观超导环中的涡旋电荷分布.对于巨涡旋态,我们发现随着外场的增加,内半径附近的电荷会从负号变为正号.本文表明,是顺磁迈斯纳效应和抗磁迈斯纳效应的竞争决定了涡旋电荷的分布.

Abstract:The vortex charge distribution in a thin mesoscopic superconducting ring is investigated by the phenomenological Ginzburg-Landau theory. Considering a ring in a giant vortex state, we find that the charge near the inner radius may change its sign from negative to positive with increasing the applied field. It is also found that the charge distributions are due to the competition between the paramagnetic Meissner effect and the diamagnetic Meissner effect.
