| 摘 要： | 将虚拟仪器技术和光热偏转检测技术相结合，在LabVIEW平台上设计开发了一套材料热扩散率测量的自动扫描和数据处理系统。整个系统在仪器控制、数据采集和数据显示等方面实现了自动化测量，并且集成了光热偏转检测技术的数据处理功能。实验结果表明系统运行稳定，操作简单快捷，具有很好的实时性和直观性。
