A variety of organic reactions are presented in this article including conversion of function group, the efficient one|pot synthesis of heterocyclic molecules, oxidation, reduction, condensation. The nonsolvent reactions are not only environmental|friend, low cost, ready operation and high selectivity, but also of safety. The application of dry media reactions using microwaves to multicomponent reactions that can be adapted for high|speed parallel synthesis of the library is also highlighted.
