Synthese und Kernresonanzspektren von Methylphenyl-substituierten Trisilylphosphanen PSi3 Me n Ph 9−n

Trisilylphosphanes of the type PSi₃ Me _x Ph _9–x are formed when sodium/potassiumphosphide reacts with methylphenylchlorosilanesMe _n Ph _3–n SiCl or with mixtures of methylphenylchlorosilanes. The phosphanes (SiMe ₃) _n P (SiMe _m Ph _3–m )_3–n (n, m=0, 1, 2, 3) were separated and purified by destillation or crystallization and their²⁹Si as well as³¹P-NMR-spectra were recorded.
