电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定高纯氧化镧中稀土杂质的研究

摘    要:本文报道了用电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)测定高纯氧化镧中12个痕量稀土杂质的方法。分析讨论了测定中的种种谱干扰和基体效应,研究了用Tl,Cs,I作内标补补基体抑制效应和灵敏度漂移。单个稀土元素的检出奶为0.01-00.26ng/mL,回收率为91.25-108.5%。精密度(RSD)为2.8%-6.85。本方法酸溶样品后可以直接测定,不需要预富集和分离。

Abstract:A method for the determination of 12 rare earth impurities in high purity lanthanum oxide by ICP-MS(inductively coupled plasma-mass spectrometry).Some spectroscopic interferences and matrix effect during the determination had been considered.A few of internal standards were chosen to compensate for matrix suppression effect and sensitivity drift.The determination limits for every REEs in solution ranged from 0.011ng/mL to 0.26 ng/mL.The recoreries as determined by addition of standard were 91.2%-108.5% with a precision of 2.8%-6.8%(RSD).The determination can carry out just following an acid digestion without separation or preconcentration.
