本文演示了紧凑的绿色和近红外双色连续波激光光源,其发射波长分别为516 nm和775 nm。设计并制造了级联的周期性极化掺镁铌酸锂晶体,用于同时转换通信波长的二次谐波(SHG)和三次谐波(THG),可以在相同温度下获得绿色和近红外激光的输出。通过建立一个单程激光测量系统,在2 W泵浦功率下获得516 nm的0.15 mW绿光和775 nm的1.19 mW的光,晶体温度控制在30.8 ℃。实验结果将为单激光器泵浦的紧凑型双波长共线激光器提供重要的案例。  相似文献

本文设计了一种梯形的周期极化掺镁铌酸锂(PPMgLN)波导,并通过在传播方向上引入温度梯度来拓宽其倍频(SHG)过程的泵浦光源可接收带宽。通过有限差分的光束传输法,计算波导的有效折射率,并进行波导尺寸的设计。结果表明,通过改变梯形波导不同位置的温度,使其形成一个温度梯度,可拓宽泵浦光源的波长可接收带宽。本文所设计的PPMgLN波导最大泵浦光源可接收带宽为C波段,即1 530~1 565 nm,该波导可倍频C波段,得到输出波段带宽为765~782.5 nm,温度调谐范围为30~150 ℃。  相似文献

α‐Diimine nickel complexes bearing bulky ortho‐sec‐phenethyl groups (bis{[N,N(4methyl2,6di‐sec‐phenethylphenyl)imino]1,2dimethylethane}dibromonickel ( 1 ), bis{[N,N(4,6dimethyl2‐sec‐phenethylphenyl)imino]1,2dimethylethane}dibromonickel ( 2 ), bis{[N,N(4methyl2‐sec‐phenethylphenyl)imino]1,2dimethylethane}dibromonickel ( 3 )) and {bis[N,N(2,4,6trimethylphenyl)imino]1,2dimethylethane}dibromidonickel ( 4 ) are used as a precatalyst for the polymerization of trans‐4octene upon activation with modified methylaluminoxane. These catalysts conduct chainwalking polymerization of trans‐4octene to give polymers possessing propyl and butyl branches with high molecular weight and narrow molecular weight distribution. The branching structure depends on the nickel complex as well as the polymerization temperature, and the ratio of propyl branch was increased with increasing the bulkiness of the ligand and decreasing the polymerization temperature. Consequently, the most bulky 1 among the complexes used is found to polymerize trans‐4octene with high 1,5regioselectivity at −20 °C to give poly(1propylpentan1,5diyl).

The axial decay of Saint-Venant end effects is investigated for anti-plane shear deformations of semi-infinite generally laminated anisotropic strips. Imperfect bonding conditions are imposed at the interfaces. The analytical approach, using a displacement field which decays exponentially in the axial direction, gives rise to a transcendental equation for the real eigenvalues. The decay rate for the stresses is given in terms of the smallest positive eigenvalue. Laminated strips with periodic layout are then considered. In the presence of imperfect bonding, the effective shear elastic moduli, computed through a homogenization method, depend on the total number of slipping interfaces in the laminate. Numerical examples confirm that the decay lengths computed with effective shear moduli represent the asymptotic values (for an increasing number of layers) for those of periodically laminated strips. We study general dynamical and topological behaviors of minimal sets in skew-product circle flows in both continuous and discrete settings, with particular attentions paying to almost periodically forced circle flows. When a circle flow is either discrete in time and unforced (i.e., a circle map) or continuous in time but periodically forced, behaviors of minimal sets are completely characterized by classical theory. The general case involving almost periodic forcing is much more complicated due to the presence of multiple forcing frequencies, the topological complexity of the forcing space, and the possible loss of mean motion property. On one hand, we will show that to some extent behaviors of minimal sets in an almost periodically forced circle flow resemble those of Denjoy sets of circle maps in the sense that they can be almost automorphic, Cantorian, and everywhere non-locally connected. But on the other hand, we will show that almost periodic forcing can lead to significant topological and dynamical complexities on minimal sets which exceed the contents of Denjoy theory. For instance, an almost periodically forced circle flow can be positively transitive and its minimal sets can be Li-Yorke chaotic and non-almost automorphic. As an application of our results, we will give a complete classification of minimal sets for the projective bundle flow of an almost periodic, sl(2,R)-valued, continuous or discrete cocycle.Continuous almost periodically forced circle flows are among the simplest non-monotone, multi-frequency dynamical systems. They can be generated from almost periodically forced nonlinear oscillators through integral manifolds reduction in the damped cases and through Mather theory in the damping-free cases. They also naturally arise in 2D almost periodic Floquet theory as well as in climate models. Discrete almost periodically forced circle flows arise in the discretization of nonlinear oscillators and discrete counterparts of linear Schrödinger equations with almost periodic potentials. They have been widely used as models for studying strange, non-chaotic attractors and intermittency phenomena during the transition from order to chaos. Hence the study of these flows is of fundamental importance to the understanding of multi-frequency-driven dynamical irregularities and complexities in non-monotone dynamical systems.  相似文献

In this paper, the issue of finite-time lag synchronization of coupled reaction–diffusion systems with time-varying delay (CRDSTD) is considered. A periodically intermittent controller is designed such that drive system and corresponding response system can achieve finite-time lag synchronization. By using graph theory and Lyapunov method, two sufficient criteria are presented to guarantee the finite-time lag synchronization of CRDSTD. Moreover, the time of achieving lag synchronization of CRDSTD is estimated. Finally, a numerical example is given to show the effectiveness of the proposed results.  相似文献

基于电磁感应透明技术, 通过求解原子的密度矩阵方程和电磁场的传输矩阵方程, 研究了被行波场和驻波场共同耦合的一个四能级冷原子介质的稳态光学特性, 发现在特定参数下能够产生一个几乎完美的双光子带隙结构, 在这两个光子带隙对应的频率区域内反射率都均匀地超过95%. 通过改变耦合场的强度和频率, 可以方便地调节这两个光子带隙的位置和宽度. 这一双光子带隙结构可用来实现全光路由和全光开关, 有望在全光信息网络中获得应用.  相似文献

用全固态1064nm调Q激光输出,抽运多周期PPLN,实现了宽调谐的准相位匹配光参变振荡,振荡阈值10.3μJ(脉宽22ns),信号光最高输出平均功率为42.5mW,斜率效率为12.5%。  相似文献
