We describe the construction of a simple but versatile single-beam spectrophotometer that uses no sample holder at all; one arm of a bifurcated fiber optic bundle illuminates the specimen, while the other receives the remitted light. Though designed with an eye to recording the diffuse reflection spectra of scattering-and-absorbing substances, it can also be used for conventional studies (ie transmission spectroscopy) by merely placing a plane mirror behind the cuvette. The performance of the instrument is evaluated and representative spectra of several powders, solutions, and biomaterials are presented. 相似文献

利用快速混合停流时间分辨光谱研究了氧合血红蛋白与亚硝酸根的反应.研究表明氧合血红蛋白和NO2^-的反应历程比较特殊,根据实验结果提出了合理的反应机理.同时与氧合血红蛋白和过氧化亚硝酸离子的反应进行了对比,发现氧合血红蛋白和过氧化亚硝酸离子的反应具有双相反应动力学的特征,其中间体在第一步快速反应的过程中形成. 相似文献

We propose a method for dosimetry of the biological response to laser irradiation based on determination of the amount of
oxygen additionally supplied to the tissue. We show that it is feasible to determine the therapeutic dose from the change
in the degree of oxygen saturation of the blood, heart rate, hemoglobin concentration in the blood, and exposure time.

Human hemoglobin (HbA) catalyzed chemo-selective oxidation of sulfides to sulfoxides has been reported using hydrogen peroxide as an oxidant in a phosphate buffer. This biomimetic catalytic procedure was found to be simple, environmentally friendly, selective, and high yielding. Purified human oxyhemoglobin (HbA0), crude human oxyhemoglobin, and ferryl oxyhemoglobin were used for sulfoxidation. HbA0 and ferryl oxyhemoglobin (Fe+4O) efficiently catalyze the sulfoxidation reaction without over oxidation to the sulfone. 相似文献

In this paper, we present a new method for the assessment of skin flap perfusion based on the non-invasive monitoring of skin blood oxygenation using hyperspectral imaging. This method consists of generation of oxyhemoglobin and deoxyhemoglobin maps in skin flap from hyperspectral image using an analytic model based on Beer–Lambert law. The results obtained on a fasciocutaneous sural flap have revealed that the oxyhemoglobin and deoxyhemoglobin maps facilitate the visualization of some differences between different areas of the flap, an aspect that clinical examination fails to do. In conclusion, the proposed method could provide a new option for a more accurate assessment of flap survival. 相似文献

We present the results of modeling the action spectrum and an experimental investigation of the effect of laser-induced photodissociation
of oxyhemoglobin in vivo on the increase in the degree of oxygenation of skin tissue in the exposed area. We have shown that controlling the local
concentration of free molecular oxygen in biological tissues together with the possibility of eliminating tissue hypoxia using
laser radiation makes it possible to stimulate aerobic cell metabolism and to achieve the needed therapeutic effect.

文中基于高效、生物兼容性纳米结构银膜,采用便携式拉曼光谱仪分别对10个健康人和10个急性粒白血病患者的氧合血红蛋白进行了表面增强拉曼散射(SERS)光谱的研究。实验发现,健康人与急性粒白血病患者的氧合血红蛋白SERS光谱存在显著差异:(1)健康人氧合血红蛋白SERS光谱中位于340cm-1附近很弱的拉曼峰在急性粒白血病患者的SERS光谱中变的很强;(2)健康人氧合血红蛋白SERS光谱中位于655 cm-1附近的拉曼峰在急性粒白血病患者SERS光谱中蓝移到670 cm-1附近,同时在727cm-1附近出现一个新的拉曼峰;(3)对健康人和急性粒白血病患者氧合血红蛋白SERS光谱中位于472、814、1335、1423和1588 cm-1处的拉曼峰相对强度比研究发现,相对强度比I814/I472,I1335/I472、I1423/I472和I1588/I472可以作为较好的区分健康人和急性粒白血病患者的SERS光谱诊断指标,这为基于SERS光谱技术进行急性粒白血病诊断提供了初步实验依据。 相似文献

Kinetics of the S-mercurized horse oxyhemoglobin coagulation has been turbidimetrically studied in the presence of ligands
with different affinity for the mercury(II) atom. Coordination of the mercaptide mercury with ligands results in a marked
inhibition of the coagulation process, which supports the previously suggested mechanism according to which the mercaptide
mercury affects the protein conformation via its additional coordination with one of the neighboring mercury-binding sites,
supposedly carboxylate group of an aspartic acid residue. A new insight into the mechanism of the currently practiced mercury-intoxication

We suggested and consider the primary mechanism of biostimulation and of the therapeutic effect of low-level laser radiation
caused by a local increase in the effectiveness of oxygen transfer by oxyhemoglobin of the blood vessels of skin. The spectra
of the effect of laser radiation on oxyhemoglobin and hemoglobin of the blood vessels of skin are presented which were obtained
using a method of numerical simulation with allowance for the optical characteristics of skin and for the depth of penetration
into it of radiation of different wavelengths.
