We measured the entire region of mesopic and photopic vision to determine the color zone covering the visual field with unique red, yellow, green, and blue hue components. Eight kinds of test stimuli in the natural color system (NCS) color notation system were used. These stimuli were presented at horizontal and vertical meridians, and at meridians inclined at 45° angles. The illuminance level was set at six levels: 0.01 lx-1000 lx. The evaluation method measured chromatic, white, and black components as well as the hue component of the stimuli. Results show that the color zone of the retina extended further into the periphery with increasing illuminance; the response of opponent colors y-b was shown to be greater than that of the opponent colors r-g.  相似文献

A new phase contrast microscopy technique has been developed which achieves halo reduction by applying an apodization to the Zernike phase contrast method. In this technique, a new apodized phase plate is placed at the back focal plane of the objective. This plate consists of a quarter wave phase shift ring conjugated of the illuminating aperture, which has a 25#x0025; transmittance, and a pair of adjacent rings having 50#x0025; transmittance. The developed technique yields the highest resolution images without a bluish hue effect ever achieved in phase contrast microscopy.This paper was originally presented at the 2nd International Conference on Optical Design and Fabrication, ODF2000 which was held on November 15-17, 2000 at the International Conference Center, Tokyo, Waseda University, Japan.  相似文献

热敏液晶测温技术由于其非接触式测量和适用于复杂表面的特点而被广泛应用于传热领域。本文基于建立的彩色图像处理系统对美国Hallcrest公司生产的SPN/R35C10W型热敏液晶的标定进行了实验研究。实验分别研究了不同的相机视角和不同的光源强度对标定数据分布的影响,并给出了有效测温色调区间内温度和色调的关系式。实验发现相机视角位置是影响实验标定数据分布的一个重要因素,在视角小于30°的情况下才能忽略此因素对标定数据的影响。不同的光源强度对有效测温的色调区间的实验标定数据基本上没有什么影响,标定时光强设定以获取优良色彩呈现效果为佳。给定工况下的标定数据和拟合曲线之间显示了良好的符合性,测温精度可以达到0.8℃。  相似文献

Herein we report the use of a hue parameter of HSV (Hue, Saturation and Value) color space—in combination with chromaticity color coordinates—for exploring the complexation‐induced luminescence color changes, ranging from blue to green to yellow to white, from a non‐luminescent Fe‐doped ZnS quantum dot (QD). Importantly, the surface complexation reaction helped a presynthesized non‐luminescent Fe‐doped ZnS QD to glow with different luminescence colors (such as blue, cyan, green, greenish‐yellow, yellow) by virtue of the formation of various luminescent inorganic complexes (using different external organic ligands), while the simultaneous blue‐ and yellow‐emitting complex formation on the surface of non‐luminescent Fe‐doped ZnS QD led to the generation of white light emission, with a hue mean value of 85 and a chromaticity of (0.28,0.33). Furthermore, the surface complexation‐assisted incorporation of luminescence properties to a non‐luminescent QD not only overcomes their restricted luminescence‐based applications such as light‐emitting, biological and sensing applications but also bring newer avenues towards unravelling the surface chemistry between QDs and inorganic complexes and the advantage of having an inorganic complex with QD for their aforementioned useful applications.  相似文献

Freshly squeezed pumpkin juice (Cucurbita moschata D.) was sonicated at various power levels at a constant frequency of 25 kHz and a treatment time of 10 min. Samples were stored in the dark for 0, 4, 8, and 12 days at 4 °C and were subsequently analyzed. The combined effects of power level and storage period on color parameters, carotenoid content, particle size distribution, cloud value, rheological characteristics, and microstructure were investigated. The results showed ultrasonic-treated samples had little effect on carotenoid content, cloud value, particle size distribution, and polydispersity during storage compared to those of the untreated samples. The L, a, b, and C* values decreased significantly during 8–12 days of storage, resulting in a significant increase in ΔE, especially 400 W/10 min-treated samples. Meanwhile, the enzyme activity and rheological properties increased significantly on storage days 8–12. However, the microstructure of all samples did not change significantly during storage. Based on these results, during the storage period, the physical and chemical properties of 400 W/10 min-ultrasonic treated pumpkin juice were retained more than those in the untreated pumpkin juice. Therefore, ultrasonic treatment has broad application prospects in preserving bioactive substances and physicochemical properties and improving the storage life of fresh pumpkin juice.  相似文献

均匀颜色空间在跨媒体颜色管理中起着重要的作用。本文以D65光源下的孟塞尔系统、Ebner和Fairchild恒常色相数据的CIEXYZ三刺激值作为输入值,利用三个模型预测相应的明度、彩度、色相的值,并根据预测值评价了常用色貌空间CIELab、CIECAM02-Jab、IPT的均匀性。实验结果表明,在明度均匀性方面,CIELab和IPT的明度均匀性较好,预测明度与孟塞尔明度V基本成线性关系,CIECAM02-Jab的均匀性稍差,预测相同孟塞尔明度的颜色得到的明度值并不完全相同;在彩度均匀性方面,CIELAB的均匀性最好,IPT均匀性最差;在色相均匀性方面,IPT的均匀性要优于CIECAM02-Jab和CIELab的均匀性,而CIELab的色相均匀性较差。  相似文献
